I went into the council building last week to ask about the water bill, armed with a bit of paper with the current water meter reading. so I could make a comparison.
Anyway, the young man with the computer said, after shuffling a few papers around, that I must return and talk to Teresa who had all the facturas (bills).
Funnily enough met Teresa later who told me all the papers were in fact, in front of this youngster. When I say 'youngster' he was probably 25-30 years old.
Age is relative, ok?
Hope to sort things tomorrow....
